Who Is Jesus Christ?
Because of His great mercy and love, God has provided a saviour for sinners. “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
God sent His son, Jesus, into the world as a man, to save us from our sins. Jesus lived a perfect life. He obeyed every one of God’s laws. He loved God and people perfectly. He is the only innocent and good person to have ever lived.
Jesus had no guilt that God needed to punish Him for. This means he was able to be a sacrifice for the guilt of others.
